Just Love Studio trading from Carman House, London Road, Hook, Hampshire RG27 9DJ own and operate the website www.justlovestudio.co.uk and any reference to Just Love Studio or ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’ should be construed accordingly. References to ‘you’, and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via the www.justlovestudio.co.uk website, as well as for telephone orders.
Just Love Studio reserve, at our absolute discretion the right to vary these Conditions of Use and any other basis upon which this site is to be used. You should consult these Terms and Conditions each and every time you place an order. Your use of the website will be deemed to mean that you have accepted whatever Terms and Conditions prevail at the time of such usage of the website. These terms & conditions also cover our emails and any other associated promotional activity.
When you place an order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms and conditions, you should contact one of our Customer Services team before placing an order with us, either by phone or by emailing email@example.com or by post.
By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Just Love Studio to purchase the goods outlined in your order.
When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. This information is required in order to process your request and to inform you of acceptance of your order. A contact phone number is needed so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order.
After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
Please note that we may not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:
- If the product you ordered is out of stock
- If we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
- If it is identified that there is a product description error
- If the customer does not reach any order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions
- If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control, including hazardous weather and accidents
Should there be an issue with your order one of our Customer Service team will contact you either by phone or email. Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Just Love Studio reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the Just Love Studio website.
When placing an order you will be added to our email list. However, should you wish to not receive emails from us, please inform our Customer Services team and they will remove you from our list.
All of our prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). You can pay using most debit and credit cards including American Express.
Website Pricing & Descriptions
The prices and availability of any promotions, goods and services advertised on this website are all subject to change and availability. While Just Love Studio take all reasonable efforts to keep this website up to date, the material displayed is provided only by way of information and need to be confirmed through our store. Moreover, the information and materials contained in our website are provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied and all liability is excluded to the fullest extent permissible under the applicable law.
We do our best to keep our website up to date at all times but occasionally an item may no longer be available. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, even after an order has been placed. In the event an item is no longer available we will contact you to see if a suitable replacement can be found. If this is not possible we may occasionally have to cancel your order.
You are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the products (excluding made to order/personalised items).
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact our Customer Services team by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone to 01256 765300. Please note that there may be occasions when a cancellation request is received after an order has been processed and despatched. If your order has already been despatched we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Please note that, with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will need to be able to return the goods you ordered to us to be able to exercise this right.
All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 48 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time.
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Services team immediately (within 48 hours) by email to email@example.com or by telephone on 01256 765300 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm) to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund. Refunds for the damaged goods and reimbursement of the cost of postage will be made to the credit/debit card account used to purchase the items. Please email a photo of the damaged item and if you can send a photo of the outer box the item was received in that would help us claim back against the courier and we can decide on a collection method.
What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at.
